Individual Therapy
At our practice, individual therapy is a personalized and compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions, challenges, and goals with the support of a therapist. We believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood, and our team of diverse clinicians is here to walk alongside you—whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, OCD, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth. We match each client with a therapist whose expertise and style align with their unique needs, offering evidence-based care in a warm, collaborative environment. Together, we'll help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be both a source of deep connection and profound challenge. Our couples therapy services are designed to support partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, and deepening intimacy. Whether you're facing a specific issue or simply want to strengthen your relationship, our skilled therapists provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where both partners feel heard and supported. We work with couples of all backgrounds and identities, helping you develop healthier patterns and a more fulfilling connection. Wherever you are in your journey together, we’re here to help you move forward.
Couples therapy can benefit couples in committed relationships, those preparing for marriage or recently married, couples who have been together for 50+ years, those deciding to go through the separation process, or anything in between.
Premarital Therapy
Is the excitement you feel about starting a new life with someone being effected by the anxiety of how it is all going to work?
Can you be certain that your current communication style will serve you in the future?
Have you discussed your values with your significant other and how they are going to be woven into your life together?
Would you like to feel more confident knowing you have the communication tools to have the more difficult conversations?
No matter how compatible you are, working on being good partners as early as possible can reap exponential rewards.
The work it takes to make a relationship really work for both parties is ongoing, but the good news is that with the right tools- it actually gets progressively easier (and more fun). The benefit for doing this type of work early (as opposed to later) is that you get just that much more time to really enjoy being together.
Family Therapy
Families are complex systems where each member’s experience impacts the whole. Our family therapy services are designed to help families navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships in a supportive, structured environment. Whether you’re facing transitions, conflict, parenting struggles, or mental health concerns affecting the family unit, our therapists work collaboratively with all members to promote understanding, healing, and connection. We welcome families of all structures and backgrounds, tailoring our approach to meet your unique dynamics and needs. Together, we’ll work toward a healthier and more harmonious family life.
